These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the ace356 platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, eligibility for bonuses, and your general conduct on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the ace356 platform. ace356 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 1. Eligibility

By registering, you warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. ace356 may at any time request proof of age documents, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension until verification is complete. If an account is found to belong to a minor, it will be permanently closed, all bets voided, and all funds returned to the source payment method where possible.

1.2 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the ace356 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ace356 does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is legal in your country or territory. 2. Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

To use the ace356 platform, you must register a valid account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account closure.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one ace356 account only. If ace356 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. Any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided, and any winnings derived from duplicated bonus funds may be forfeited in full. Players who suspect a duplicate account has been created in their name must contact support immediately.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Wagering Requirements

4.3 Bonus Abuse

4.4 Promotional Modifications

ace356 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are subject to availability and may be restricted based on player location, account status, or payment method used. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, or the ICC tournament calendar are time-limited and will expire at the stated date and time (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

5. Game Rules & Sports Betting

5.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ace356 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and competition. Cricket bets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by our Cricket Betting Rules, which are available on the platform. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or void, bets will be settled in accordance with the published rules for that specific market.

5.2 Casino Games

9. Account Closure & Termination
